Scoopie Doo's will pick up dog poop in all areas requested by the client that have dog waste, including front, back and side yards, dog runs, etc. Areas must be specified by the client during account setup. Areas can be changed in the client portal if needed.

Yes! Scoopie Doo's provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still provide services. Yards that have snow coverage, all visible dog waste will be picked up. In the event of inclement weather, we will resume services on the following scheduled service day for double doo-dy.

To ensure all dogs and clients are safe, our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each dog poop removal service with kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of bacteria, parasites, and viruses.

On the day of scheduled dog poop cleanup our field technicians message clients with an "on the way message" and estimated time of arrival. This allows the client time to secure any potentially aggressive dogs and open any secured gated yards for cleaning. Once our field technicians arrive, they will promptly begin scooping and once complete will dispose of the waste in the client's trash receptacle and send a picture of the closed and secured gate.

After completing a service, we double bag the pet waste and place it in the client's trash receptacle. If trash bin is not accessible, we will neatly place bagged waste on the side of the house or garage. To keep costs down for our clients, we do not take the pet waste from the property.

No, we do not provide specific times for services for our poop scoop services. Our field technicians service anywhere from 24 to 32 yards per day with each service type varying in time length. To give our clients peace of mind, our field technicians will always send an "on the way message".

Scoopie Doo's poop scoop service plans depend on the number of dogs at the residence and the frequency of service desired for a standard size yard of 1/8 acre or less. We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time services. If yards exceed 1/8 acre an, there is an additional fee per 1/8 acre.
